Matt is a finance professional with over 10 years experience in corporate advisory and capital markets, focusing mainly on mergers and acquisitions and equity financing transactions across a range of industries including mining, technology, DeFi and general industrials.
Matt has advised local and international clients on equity financing transactions ranging from private capital raises for early stage companies through to strategic and transformational capital raises for established businesses.
Prior to founding Lodestone, Matt worked in boutique corporate advisory, asset management and high net worth family office investments.
A software engineer for the last 15 years. Robin has worked as a technical/team lead and project manager for a variety of different companies ranging from startups to large corporations.
Robin has extensive experience in web and app development, as well as AI, machine learning and neural networks.
Robin has been actively involved in the cryptocurrency space as early as 2011 and has been mining cryptocurrency in various forms since that time.
Prior to establishing his own advisory firm, Tim served as a Partner at Harmonic Fund Services, where he oversaw numerous engagement teams on a global scale. These teams were responsible for delivering fund administration, outsourced operations, and technology solutions to a diverse range of institutional asset managers, including hedge funds, private credit and equity funds, private banks, pension funds, fund of funds, private wealth investment advisors, and family offices. Tim held this position for nearly two decades.
Tim is also a serial industry and not-for-profit volunteer, currently serving on the Boards of the Alternative Investment Managers Association (AIMA) Cayman Islands, Cayman Islands Fund Administrators Association (CIFAA), and Cayman Islands Cancer Society (CICS). Tim was also the Founder of Mens’ health focused charity Movember Cayman Islands, former National Coach of the Cayman Islands XV Rugby Union team, and a Board member of the CFA Society of the Cayman Islands.
